Yowamushi Pedal is a successful manga series that was released back in 2008 and is still going to this very day. There have been many anime seasons as well as numerous films for Yowamushi Pedal. The fifth season of the show will get handled by TMS/8PAN, who are known for their work on many amazing animes such as Detective Conan, Lupin the Third, and many more. A poster for the upcoming season has also been revealed and which includes the production details. The fifth season of the show is going to be directed by Osamu Nabeshima and written by Kurasumi Sunayama, the music for the season will be handled by Kan Sawada. The title for the fifth season will be Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break.
Yowamushi Pedal Season 5 Plot
The story of the show will revolve around an otaku named Sakamichi Onoda, who recently entered high school. He doesn’t have any friends, and the same was the case during middle school, the reason behind it was that there wasn’t anyone that shared hai interests, and the same is the case in the high school. He aims to change this by joining the school’s anime club, but his hopes came crumbling down when he discovered that the anime club was disbanded because there wasn’t any interest in it. He then goes on the mission, which is to find four new members to reestablish the anime club.
Onoda had a bicycle which was a simple but bulky bicycle designed for short rides. Another fellow freshman named Shunsuke Imaizumi saw him ride his bike, at first, he made fun of him, but he was then surprised to see Onoda riding up a very steep hill with little effort. Onoda’s cycling skills are then noticed by another person named Naruko, who is also impressed. Afterward, both Naruko and Imaizumi met with Onoda to convince him to join their high school’s bicycle racing club. The adventure of Onoda will continue in the fifth season, which will give the fans yet another amazing season to look forward to.

The cast will remain the same Onoda Sakamichi, voiced by Daiki Yamashita, Imaizumi Shunsuke, voiced by Kōsuke Toriumi, Naruko Shōkichi, voiced by Jun Fukushima, Kinjō Shingo, voiced by Hiroki Yasumoto, Makishima Yūsuke voiced by Showtaro Morikubo and many more. New cast members, if there are any, will get revealed as the release draws near.

As for the release date, Yowamushi Pedal Season 5 will be released in October 2022, but the exact date of release hasn’t been released. Most likely, it will arrive at the beginning of the month.
