Falling Into Your Smile is a Chinese tv series that was released in 2021 and was directed by Qiu Zhong Wei. Upon its release, the show was praised by the audience and the critics for its story and its chemistry between the two main characters played by Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao. The show aired and ended in the same year, which left the fans wanting more from the series. The show’s plot is very good it revolves around e-sports that are ultra-competitive, a male team named ZGDX OPL who are second to none. Not only are gifted in terms of gaming but also good looks, because of which there are a ton of female fans that follow the team around all the time.
But tragedy struck as the team’s star player unfortunate suffers from an injury on his hand. This player is none other than the captain of ZGDX named Lu Si Cheng. The team now wants to find a replacement for him, and the replacement comes, who is Tong Yao that is an amateur gamer that is obsessed with OPL. With the skill set she has, she is easily one of the best players in the world, and her talent is seen by the ZGDX team manager and set ups her contract. He is thinking of recruiting her and wants her to become the first female player who will help them win the major PR coup. But the leader doesn’t agree with her, but as time passes by, this hatred turns into something else entirely.
The show’s premise is a very good one and wholesome, which is something that isn’t complicated or anything like that, just a simple romance story that can be enjoyed by everyone. The cast of the show consists of Xu Kai as Lu Si Cheng, Cheng Xiao as Tong Yao, Zhai Xiao Wen as Jian Yang, Yao Chi as Lu Yue, Rachel Wang as Chen Jin Yang, and Zhou Yi Ran as Ai Jia and many more. The show’s fans, after the first season ended, asked only a single question which is will they be getting another season of their beloved show?
But unfortunately, the answer to this question hasn’t been revealed to fans as no news has come out regarding the renewal of the show, which is pretty disappointing for the fans of this series, but they should let this make them feel down as there is still hope for its renewal. The reason behind it is two reasons which every Studio/network looks at before renewing the show, which are viewership and reception that the show had during its run time. The reception of the show has been generally positive, which is a very good sign.

But seeing the popularity of the show, is it safe to say that a lot of people watched the show because of which the show might get renewed.
