Doom At Your Service is yet another popular South Korean tv series that released in 2021. The show revolves around a character named Tak Dong-Kyung, who is an editor for a web novel company. She has a very ordinary life, but his life turns around when which unexpected event. In a single day, she learns that she is about to die from glioblastoma within three months, her boyfriend has a wife and is going to be a father. The brutality does end there as she gets scolded by her superior at work, and on top of that, she discovers that she is been spied on by a pervert. The only way she can deal with her problems is by drinking, and during her drinking session, she sees a shooting star.
Upon seeing the shooting star from her rooftop, she makes a wish for the world to as she knows it should end. This wish of hers gets heard by Myul Mang, who is a messenger between gods and humans. It is hai birthday, and on this particular day, he decided to fulfill a human’s wish, and the human whose wish gets granted is none other than Dong-kyung’s wish to end the world. Dong-Kyung signs a hundred-day contract with Myul Mang and risks everything that she knows.

The cast of the show consists of Park Bo-young as Tak Dong-kyung, Seo In-guk as Myul Mang, Lee Soo-hyuk as Cha Joo-ik, Lee Soo-hyuk as Cha Joo-ik, Kang Tae-oh as Lee Hyun-kyu, Shin Do-hyun as Na Ji-na, Dawon as Tak Sun-kyung, Woo Hee-jin as Kang Soo-ja and many more. The show was a critical and commercial success without any doubt, but there hasn’t been any news regarding whether or not there will be a second season of the show. But there is still hope for a new season, one of the main reasons for that is the rating of the show was very impressive.
