What is the Plot of the Movie?
The movie follows the story of Michael Morbius. Michael Morbius, a 10-year-old boy, welcomes his new surrogate brother Lucien, whom he renames Milo, in a private hospital in Greece. Nicholas, their adoptive father, and hospital director, arranges for Michael to attend medical school in New York. Meanwhile, his father focuses on his other son Milo. The movie fasts forward 25 years in time. Morbius was awarded a Nobel prize for his work in synthetic blood which he declined.
After publicly declining a Nobel Prize for his work, 25 years later, Michael’s colleague and girlfriend Martine Bancroft discover he has secretly captured dozens of vampire bats from the Amazon Rainforest in the hope of splicing their genes with his own to cure his condition. While his cure is working, it transforms him into a vampiric superhuman. Later, Michael uses his equipment to kill and drain a private mercenary vessel in international waters.
He discovers in New York City that he has super strength, maneuverability, dexterity, and echolocation abilities, relying on his synthetic blood until it becomes less efficient throughout. Where is Morbius Filmed?
Morbius is filmed at various beautiful locations in the country. Initially, Sony pictures planned to begin the production work in Atlanta, where Spiderman: homecoming and Venom was filmed, however, could not set a release date, so filming was delayed. The filming was supposed to begin in 2018, but finally, it was started in 2019. In February 2019, the principal photography started in London. Finally, a month later, in March, the official filming of the movie begins in Manchester.
