Olivia is an American prisoner, but rather he is considered a staff of the prison. As he also works as an assassin for the American government and has the freedom to do whatever he wants. He is referred to by many people as “Mr. Unchained”. Despite his average intelligence, he is a very skilled fighter. With his body, he can even stop bullets from piercing through.
