Shooting Stars is a tv series that hails from South Korea and is directed by Lee Soo-Hyun. Choi Young-woo will be serving as the writer for the show, and music for shooting stars has been handled by Kim Joon-Seok. The Production company that will be handling this show is the renowned Studio Dragon which is known for many of the TV shows it produces, such as Arthdal Chronicles, 100 Days My Prince, Kingdom, and many more. Furthermore, they have been working with Netflix for some time now and have some distribution rights for some of the shows that Dragon Studio’s other studios.
The show has gone through some major delays as recently it was revealed that the Ha Do-Kwon had Covid 19, which was confirmed on 11 March 2022, and because of this reason, the shooting schedule for the show was canceled, which brings up the question on it the show be released on its initial date that was announced publicly. But no public statement was said by the network, which points towards that they are going to go with the original release date.
Shooting Stars Plot
The story revolves around the people that are working behind the scenes in the entertainment industry. This includes PR teams, managers, and reporters, as well as the people who clean up the mess that their stars create or are involved in some kind of trouble. The cast of the show consists of Lee Sung-Kyung as Oh Han-byul, who is the Head of the public relations department and has excellent talking skills she thrives when a crisis happens. Kim Young-dae as Gong Tae-sung who is playing the role of an actor who is signed with the company where Oh Han-byul works.
Yoon Jong-hoon is Kang Yoon-Seong, who is a manager who good looking and is often mistaken for a celebrity. Kim Yoon-hye as Park Ho-young, is a Taekwondo player who ultimately became a manager. Lee Jung-shin as Do Soo-hyuk who is a lawyer and also is a consultant for Star Force Entertainment. Park So-jin as Jo Ki-bum that is a report as well as a good friend of Oh Han-byul.
