On Monday, 14th of September 2020, the 36-year-old Japanese Actress, Fashion Model, and Voice Actor, Sei Ashina, was found dead in her apartment. According to the reports, the body was discovered by a relative, and upon further investigation, it is believed that the cause of death was Suicide. The Japanese Actress Sei Ah began her career as a fashion model all the way back in 2003, and since then landed roles in several movies and TV Dramas.
Popularly known for playing the role of Hime in the television show Kamen Rider Hibiki in 2005-06, and the role of Mikumo in the Live-Action Film, Kamui Gaiden, based on Sanpei Shirato’s Manga Series The Legend Of Kamui. Sei Ashina had also starred in the NHK period drama called “Yae No Sakura”.
She was born on November 22, 1983, in the Fukushima Prefecture of Japan. She debuted as a voice actor in 2011 for the Japanese dub of an American TV series “Revenge”, she voiced the lead character, Emily Thorne. Her most recent works were released in January and were the movie “Al Hokai” and a TV series “Theseus No Fune”.
