Chinese manufacturing company, Huami has announced a new model budget-friendly smartwatch. The company claims that Amazfit Pop will feature the rectangular dial. The company has already launched two new model smartwatches with advanced options to track down users’ daily motion activities. Similar to the previous model smartwatch, the device comes with the single button option. This button placed along the sides of the device acts as a user interface. The device gets interchangeable straps that can be replaced and preferred based on their choice of color preference. The sensors placed in the wearable device is programmed to detect more than 60 professional sports modes. A wide variety of watch faces are made available, where the user can choose using the button placed on the right side of the device.

The device features a 1.43-inch TFT display screen which has a 320×302 pixels resolution option. 305ppi pixel density assures to provide a clear display image. The device comes with the Amazfit branding at the bottom. 2.5D glass display makes the device resistance to external threats and damage. The manufacturing company has assured that the device will have an anti-fingerprint coating. As announced earlier, the device uses Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting with smartphones. Zepp app is the interface that receives information from the smart wearable device. This application is available on both the Andriod and Apple devices. NFC option has also been included with the device which assures connectivity with other devices. 5ATM rating assured to have water-resistant up to 50 meters.
The device comes with a 225mAh battery capacity which can stand up to 9 days without a single charge. Based on the results performed during the testing process, Oppo claims that the device reaches a complete charge in 2 hours. There are many sensors placed inside the device, each sensor dedicated to a unique purpose. Huami’s self-developed BioTracker 2 PPG helps the device in tracking down the majority of the activities. Blood oxygen monitoring is an advanced feature that allows the device to track down users’ activity. Accelerometer and gyroscope are the two sensors that enable the device to detect information about the surrounding and user activities. As an additional option, the device gets the feature to track 60 professional modes. Along with that, the device gets sensors for tracking calories burned and heart rate.
Amazfit Pop Feature
24-hour heart rate monitoring application enables the device to track down users’ ECG. This feature is mostly recommended for old age peoples by the experts in the medical field. This device sends alerts based on the recorded frequency signal. Sleep monitoring and blood oxygen tracking are some of the basic options that are included with the smartwatch. The device is designed to look compact and weighs just 31 grams. Even though the device comes with multiple sensors, it looks small and powerful. Many giants in the electronic manufacturing industry have already entered the smartwatch manufacturing business which has experienced a great demand in recent days. These device sends instant alerts about the user’s activities and notifies them through their smartphone. Various infotainment system provided with the device gives clear information about the tracked data.
