He has worked in shows like Expedition With Steve Backshall, Lost Land of the Volcano, Lost Land is Tigers, and Lost Land of Jaguar. Moreover, Steve also worked for the National Geographic Channel. Additionally, he also worked for Discovery Channel. He published a series of four novels. His novel The Falcon Chronicles is very popular among children.
Steve Backshall co-presented Springwatch Triggers with Kristen O’Brien. The show was presented live from the Springwatch farm. It was aired between 28 May to 15 June 2007.
