Danmachi or Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? is light novel series written by Fujino Ōmori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda. Like all the other light novels, to reach a wider audience, a manga series was also made that made a lot of impact on the series’ popularity in general. No doubt that the light novel was very popular, and manga made its popularity even greater. Obviously, with a huge following, an anime adaptation for the series was greenlit, and the production for it was handled by none other than J.C.Staff, who has produced numerous great anime like Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma, the second season of One-Punch Man, and many more.
The fourth season of the show will be directed by Hideki Tachibana, Yuuichirou Shiji, and Tadayuki Akita will be serving as the producer lastly, and Fujino Ōmori will be the writer for the fourth season the show. Furthermore, the opening theme for this season is named “Tentō” by sajou no hana, and the ending theme is named “Guide” by Saori Hayami. There is also a trailer for season four of the show, which was revealed to the fans in January of 2022 that, with no one’s surprise, was a very happy moment as their favorite anime was making a return.
Danmachi Season 4 Plot
As for the plot of the show, it revolves around Bell Cranel, who is a 14 yet old rookie adventurer and the only member of Hestia Familia. He has a role model named Ais Wallenstein, who is a powerful as well as famous swordsman that hails from Loki Familia, our protagonist wants to become as strong as her, and as fate would have it, his road will cross with her as she saves his life from a powerful monster that he wasn’t able to defeat.
He is in love with Aisa but can’t confess his feelings to her until he becomes as strong as he is. But there is a secret that he doesn’t know about himself, and that secret makes him even more relevant than anyone else. The plot details for the fourth season of the show haven’t been revealed yet, but it will pick up from where the third season left at.
