Edith escapes from the chamber and runs out of the house in the snow. Lucille wants to fight with Edith and kill her. When Lucille is about to kill Edith with the help of a knife, Thomas’s spirit comes and stands back at Lucille.
Edith tells Lucille about Thomas standing behind her. When she turns back to see Thomas, at that moment, Edith hits Lucille’s head. After hitting Lucille’s head, she dies.
