Bubble is an anime film that is created by Wit Studio, which is known for its works on numerous projects that have fans all over the world, and they have been praised by the anime community to this very day. The director that is working on this movie is none other than Tetsuro Araki, who has worked on some of the best anime that the world has ever seen, like Highschool of the Dead, Attack on Titan, Guilty Crown, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, and most of all Death Note which is renowned by many to be one of the best anime as well manga of all time if not the best. Not only that, many more talented people have worked on it, like producer Genki Kawamura, Screenwriter named Gen Urobuchi, who has worked on Fate/Zero.
Furthermore, Takeshi Obata as designer his previous work, included Death Note as well as his team’s resume is very impressive. It is without a doubt that he is one of the reasons that the film has generated a lot of buzzes. The production of the film started when Araki approached Kawamura and gave him the idea of making a film together.
One of the main reasons why Araki choose Kawamura is because he wanted to work with someone that he is familiar with. Both of them took an entire year to talk as well as discuss ideas that they had in their minds for the movie. The story takes place in Tokyo, where bubbles have somehow broken the laws of gravity as they rained down on the world people live in. Because of this, the kids who don’t have any parents are doing extremely dangerous things. The kids made it their battleground were the best of the best Parkour teams come and assert their dominance.

It is here where we met our hero named Hibiki, who is well known for his looks and reckless nature. But this reckless ultimately is the reason behind him being trapped, but he is saved by a girl named Utta. She has some kind of mysterious powers with which both of them will discover the sound that’s only heard by the two of them. The cast consists of Jun Shison as Hibiki, Riria as Uta, Alice Hirose as Makoto, Mamoru Miyano as Shin, Yuki Kaji as Kai, Sayaka Senbongi as Usagi, Tasuku Hatanaka as Denki Ninja, Marina Inoue as Undertaker and lastly Shin-ichiro Miki as Kantō Mad Lobster. The film will be released on 28 April 2022 on Netflix, and afterward, it will be released worldwide on 13 May 2022.
