Hey guys, welcome back to another article full of details on one of the best shows. Today we have news that can make living your life from your couch something more bearable. Netflix has confirmed the release of the fourth season of Cobra Kai. It is a spin-off series that takes place several years after the events of the original movie series. Who does not like some really good movie with a continuation afterward?

Fans of the Karate Kid, get ready; you will see your favorite characters return to the big screen once more, albeit a lot older, along with introducing many new lead characters. I think we all have been a big fan of Karate at some point in our lives. Cobra Kai has been a huge success since its season 1 release on May 2nd, 2018. It gained popularity when season 3 gained a top spot in Netflix’s Top 10 List. A lot is going on with the fourth season’s plotline. We are expecting a romantic side plotline along with character development.

Cobra Kai: Plotline And Release Date

Hardcore fans of the series have been waiting for the new season, and it seems like their wish has been granted. Watch out for the spoilers ahead. At the finale of season 3, we saw the two lead characters’ unexpected alliance, Daniel LaRusso, and Johnny Lawrence. (We love this due, don’t we?) They team up to defeat the latter’s former teacher, John Kreese, who was proven to be a sadist. The two protagonists merge their dueling dojos, Miyagi-do and Eagle Fang to take on Cobra Kai at the All Valley Karate Tournament. Time for some competition! We see that Kreese leaves them alone if Johnny and Daniel’s students can defeat his representatives.

Netflix had given all of you fans a new year gift when they released season 3 of Cobra Kai a week before its scheduled release. Though the first two seasons took about six months to film and premiere, season 3 took nearly a year. What caused this slow process? Obviously, the pandemic! We suspect that season 4 is likely to be released in early 2022. Right now, that seems fair, but we will get there. The writers have confirmed on social media that their 14 weeks writing and script making session are coming to an end, and they are ready to start filming. ProductionWeekly has confirmed that the filming is scheduled to begin from January 20th till April 15th, 2021, in Atlanta.

What does the cast of Kobra Kai Season 4 look like?

Fans will be glad to know that we have procured the cast list that shows their favorite actors and actresses returning to embody their beloved characters. After all, we all love some familiar faces. We will see William Zabka as Johnny, Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso, Martin Kove as John Kreese, Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Jacob Bertrand as Eli “Hawk” Moskowitz, Peyton List as Tory Nichols, Gianni Decenzo as Demetri Courtney, Henggeler as Amanda and Vanessa Rubio as Carmen Diaz. As for the lead protagonists’ children, we expect to see a love triangle drama between Samantha, Miguel, and Robby. We also know that Kreese called Terry Silver at the end so, it’s safe to assume that Thomas Ian Griffith might make an appearance. Apart from that, we hope the writers bring back Yuji Okumoto (Chozen) in season 4 because he has become one of the fan-favorites after season 3.

As we come to the end of this article, you can see that we have procured the potential release date, the last date, and the plot just for you. If you haven’t already watched it, you can have a look on Netflix. I’m sure you won’t be bored! Stay tuned for more plot leaks and release dates.
